Company Profile

43 Degrees North has the practical hands-on experience and knowledge to provide geo-referenced data solutions, whether for Boundary Surveys, Pre-Engineering Surveys, Construction Surveying, Aerial Survey Support, or precise Geodetic Surveying. Our expertise has been gained through direct applications with customers throughout North America.

43 Degrees North was established in 2003 and as a small operation, 43 Degrees North has a distinct advantage by being extremely responsive to customer needs, timelines, and costs. These advantages are delivered through the use of technological innovation and well managed overhead.

At the beginning of 2007, 43 Degrees North purchased the records of Gary L. Parker, Ontario Land Surveyor. Mr. Parker’s practiced spanned 32 years in Northumberland County and adjoining areas, providing quality service to the local community. At that time, our offices were consolidated in the town of Cobourg where we can easily service clients for Durham Region and Northumberland County. As always, we are happy to accommodate our customers in the northern Ontario communities and beyond.

In 2009, 43 Degrees North purchased the records of William R. Brick, Ontario Land Surveyor. Mr. Brick’s practice operated from 1968 through to 1982 serving Northumberland County and beyond. 

43 Degrees North will provide geo-referenced surveying, engineering, mapping, and survey training solutions in a timely and professional manner.
